The People Make the Team. And, Our Team Sets Us Apart.

Edwin Hernandez

FQM

I’ve been with PCF for over 7 years and plan to stay around simply because of the way PCF treats their employees. I feel valued here and the work environment is family-oriented where everyone looks out for each other. PCF poured into my growth when I started off as an apprentice and worked my way up to a Project Manager. It has been very satisfying to be a part of quality, custom jobs that at the end of the day, I can be proud of.

Evan Anderson

Foreman

I have an online Etsy shop that manages my armor making and prop crafting. I’m a licensed massage therapist, but these days, I’m on the receiving end. I have a Bachelors for Engineering in Manufacturing and am a certified manufacturing engineering technologist. I’m detail and quality-oriented with a strong passion for the pursuit of knowledge and skills. I’ve been using my experience in this industry for over 5 years and love the fact that at PCF, the opportunity to learn anything you want is made available.

Parker Scott

Quinn Macwatters

I’m composed, patient, and tactful–yes, even when I’m playing competitive wiffle ball or at a Pearl Jam concert. I’m relational in that I value others to be themselves and empathize with various communication styles. Understanding a client’s vision for their custom home project can be complex, but I actually enjoy the process and find it rewarding to see their vision come to fruition.

Cristian Rosas

Foreman

Put me on any lift, and I can probably drive it. I’ve been in this industry for over 5 years and love every opportunity I get to learn and advance. I’m in love with my kids and enjoy just spending time with them. PCF is a great place to work because employees are treated well. We all work diligently together and come home satisfied knowing we can take pride in our work.

Reliable, prepared, and teachable are qualities that best describe me. Construction work is fun because I love creating and working with my hands. I’ve worked in an array of positions with siding, tiling, and framing, and as a safety administrator. I choose to be loyal to this industry because it fuels my innate passion to serve others in a lasting and impressionable way.

Josh Leathers

Josh Leathers

Apprentice

Throughout 9 years in the infantry, I served multiple combat tours overseas. I’m loyal, patient, and determined. Singing and playing the guitar are my outlets. Although my experience in the construction industry is relatively new, I chose this path because I enjoy creating something out of nothing. Serving people has been a rhythm in my life that this industry fuels, especially when I see the joy it brings to people when they see the final product.

David Talmadge

Foreman

My nickname is “MacGyver” because of my resourcefulness. I’m adventurous, meticulous, and energetic. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years, and still love every day of it because I get to work with my hands. Outside of work, I love wake surfing and working on cars and motorcycles. Having persevered through a traumatic personal injury, I’m a proud testament of coming out even stronger from it.

Hunter Floyd

Hunter Floyd

Apprentice

I love working with my hands and building things. I’m persistent, calm, and conscientious. When things don’t go as planned on a job, I enjoy finding different methods to complete a task. Living on a ranch has taught me that there’s always a way to get something done regardless of tools and materials available. If I’m not working at PCF, I’m probably at the barn, working horses.

Cesar Perez

Cesar Perez

Apprentice

Construction work fits me. I’ve grew up in it and became a carpenter, roofer, and painter. I have come to love it. From actively working outside to being able to work independently, I enjoy it all. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and playing sports. Going to military school was a life-changing experience for me where it solidified my trustworthiness, diligence, and sense of responsibility.

Operations

Jenelle Olsen

Director of Operations

I rock climb and travel extensively. I ball room dance. I show dogs. I have the #1 female Pharaoh Hound in the world named Stormy. I’ve been in finance my entire career and have the unique ability to inspire people to collaborate, be invested into their idea and execute it. At PCF, work isn’t mundane. You’re invited to bring ideas to the table, feel challenged and valued.

Kevin Williams

People Operations Manager

I’m down-to-earth, adaptable, and can communicate complex things simply. I love traveling with my 16-year-old basketball-playing son, especially while hoping he can pay his own way to college. I take pride in my job knowing that I’m supported to interact with our customers with transparency and integrity.

David Hull

David Hull

Project Consultant

I’m a happy-go-lucky, fun guy that loves cycling in the mountains. I’ve been a sales and project consultant in the construction industry since 2017. My passion is working with clients to transform their spaces. I enjoy building things myself, so seeing a project come to fruition is always rewarding, especially while forming long-term friendships along the way.

David Hernandez

Executive Assistant

The glass is half-full to me. I pursue life with musical zest and a can-do mentality, which has landed me with an eclectic job history from a bought-out online Candy Company, Uber driver, to a state of WA employee. Not to mention, my viral YouTube channel of 200 subscribers! I love the people at PCF. It’s a drama-free zone. I know I’m in the right place when I’m doing work and it doesn’t feel like work.

Jaws Michlein

Business Process Specialist

If you like gaming and tequila, I’m your friend. I’m detail-oriented and thrive in problem-solving. During my free-time, I’m developing software or creating 3D animation. I love my job because it presents new challenges every day and I come home knowing I’ve contributed to solving the problem.

Tony Mitchell

Design Consultant

I’ve been in construction for over 20 years. I have CCN certifications for sales mastery, production, and management. I’m a bank for product knowledge and enjoy leading a team to execute with the right products for the best results. I enjoy hanging out with my kid, duck hunting, and riding dirt bikes. PCF surrounds me with great people who want to be here and that makes my job that much more enjoyable.

Clayton Brumbaugh

Project Consultant

I have a long family history of carpentry in the PNW. My grandfather, who died on the job, built the I-5 bridge in Mt. Vernon. My father and uncles built the house I grew up in. I work for PCF because they value people and community, just like my grandfather did when he built a church in Everett and helped his neighbors. This legacy goes back to my great great grandfather and the mothers who supported us. I’m proud to be part of PCF, a company that shares my vision. When I’m not working, I enjoy acting, skiing, hiking and disc dog competitions with my dog Pip.

Patrick Rasmussen

Project Consultant

I’ve been an electrician for almost 20 years with over 50,000 hours invested. Learning though, never stops. Sometimes my experience is relevant, and other times, I draw up solutions that are completely unique. I enjoy foreseeing things in a project the homeowner hasn’t yet and adding value to their outdoor experience. Outside of work, I’m all about being a dad.

Steve Kristek

Senior Production Manager

Hanging out with family brings me joy. We love boating, camping, fishing, and just enjoying the outdoors together. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years and have a diverse background in outdoor living spaces. I have an Associate in Computer Drafting and Design, which gives me a unique knack for visualizing the end project from the get-go and identifying problems before they actually happen. At PCF, we get to see some of the most beautiful homes in our area and engage with the coolest customers.

Skyler Owen

I’m passionate about helping people. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I find joy in helping client dreams come true. I’ve completed a craft apprenticeship program in concrete construction, which led me to own and operate my own decorative concrete business. Sales leadership and business management have been integral parts of my career—experience that helps create an optimal product.

Camden Dowhower

My dad worked construction for 40 years, so it’s kind of been in the family. I’ve been a Carpenter Apprentice and Home Remodel Design Consultant. When working at Enterprise in 2019, I was part of a team that won top sales branch in the country. Being a sales person in this industry has helped me to be persistent, calm, and reflective. Outside of work, backpacking makes me happy.

Cary White

Project Consultant

I’m a man-child. I wakeboard on Lake Washington. I’m a black diamond skier. I’m a competitive tennis player. I’ve been selling door-to-door since I was 15 years old. I was a professional male model and actor in Asia through my 20’s. I’ve been a mortgage broker and public speaker for Amway. I work for my kids and my property. I love to work hard and play hard. I beat cancer and it was PCF that gave me the zest I needed to aspire for the next day.

Ashton Walters

Ashton Walters

Project Consultant

The thing I love doing most is working with my hands through the crafts of woodworking and painting. I am most proud of weathering through the death of my father and taking over his hospitality business with my sister – it taught me resilience, patience, and hard work. Something I do well is combine humor with empathy for the people in my life, as well as new people I meet. I grew up around the construction industry with my step-father owning his own roofing business. Combining those familiar ties with my passion for customer experience aligns well with my future goals within PCF.

Jacob Morris

Jacob Morris

I’m passionate about construction. I’ve been in this industry for several years and am certified in carpentry technology from the Green River Carpentry Program. I love learning and the feeling of accomplishment. I’m passionate about my horses and compete in dressage competitions with a few national titles under my belt. You’ll find me gardening and enjoying the outdoors often. PCF fits me because of the schedule flexibility and how tight knit it is.

Alec Sutton

I’m originally from Illinois. I was a theater student, but have a degree in scenic design. I’ve got a keen sense for detail and have a niche for finding imperfections in technical drawings. You can find me in my office laughing with our team often. Thankfully, my love for hiking is a good compromise to being an avid foodie.

Ari Fernando

CAD Designer

I’ve been a CAD designer my entire career. I geek out on the programming side of drafting—Luminar, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max and a host of others. I enjoy PC-gaming. When my brain needs a break from custom precision drafting, my boss might find me playing an RPG adventure or tactical game—a hobby that sharpens my skillsets.

Me encanta mi familia y mi trabajo. I’ll say it in Spanish just because I can. I love spending time with my two kids and watching my husband play soccer. The best part of my work is getting the job done. At PCF, everyone’s a team player. We take care of each other and our customers. They’re all about the people.

Jessica Larsson

I’m simple and easy-going. What you see is what you get. I journey through life with my husband and 3 kids in an even-keel, consistent pattern. I’ve been a teacher for years, so supporting something of value comes natural to me. I love the heart of PCF. Integrity and diligence are how I contribute to the heartbeat of PCF to keep the flow consistent and healthy.

Having been a teacher for 7 years, I’ve learned to be positive and friendly. I’m eager to learn and to help others. Being a single mom of 2 keeps me busy, but I’ll never turn down dancing or hiking. Our company has an uplifting, family-friendly vibe that supports my job in bringing excellence to customer service.

Nhally Hing

I’m positive, charismatic, and empathetic. I’m a power-lifter. While I like to challenge myself physically, I love to escape musically—Thai rap is one of my favs. I love our company culture. They find your passion and gifts and somehow find ways to support and improve it.

Chelsea Thompson

I’m magnanimous, happy, and tenacious. I graduated with a Theatre and Business degree and quickly learned that no artistic skill can truly be a career without knowing how to run the business behind it. Learning how to use social media became a tool that perfectly interlaced the two. Leveraging my skillsets with social media and the construction industry excites me to help advance PCF to the next level of thrive.

Bobby Shankle

I nearly lost my life at age 20, so I’m just thankful to be alive, every day. My father had a construction business, so I grew up in this industry. I have an Associates in Architectural Technology and certified in Revit and AutoCAD. Outside of work, I enjoy working on cars, photography, cooking, and just spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.

I enjoy my mountain home watching wildlife, fishing, gardening, and just enjoying nature. I fell into bookkeeping accidentally about 15 years ago but came to love it! I’ve been a military wife with children for over 25 years. Mic drop. ‘Nuff said.

I’m easy-going, focused, and creative, which is why I’m pretty good at making lower budget narrative films, playing guitar, and creating music. I’ve done video work for Investigation Discovery, Netflix, Sleep Foundation, and Chick-fil-A and love that I’ve landed with PCF full-time. I enjoy spending time with my wife and puppy, traveling, and being a foodie. You may find my work online, as I’ve been lucky to receive a couple festival awards with some of my personal narrative film work.

I also value building relationships with others, both within and outside the company. I am gentle, understanding, and determined. She motivates me to be more responsible and cautious, as I want to be there throughout her life.

I’m a licensed Professional Engineer and have also held positions as a waste/wastewater engineer, metal fabricator, and commercial roofer. I’m laid back and easy going. Mountain biking and skiing are my escapes.

Jonatan Martinez

Creative, kind, assertive, and playful are how my family would describe me. Family time is my favorite. I enjoy playing music, going to concerts, making art, learning new things, and hiking. As a child, moving to a different country was challenging but has helped me to work with different types of people and to fuel a harmonious environment. My dad is an architect, so this field is comfortable for me.

Tyler Graves

I was always the creative kid, so a career in drafting isn’t all too shocking. Learning about new techniques for 3D modeling is fun for me. I began at Omega Engineering learning about drainage and municipal codes for different counties, but once I started to dabble with AutoCAD, I changed careers. I’m grateful to have found one that I genuinely enjoy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and paddleboarding. I was bait for drafting and I haven’t regretted it since.

I’ve been in customer service for over 14 years and even received an award for being respectful to coworkers and customers. I’m warm, silly, and supportive. I’m able to remain calm under pressure and take one thing at a time while still paying attention to details. I absolutely love spending time with my kids and taking them on adventures. I believe it’s important to celebrate all wins, big and small.
