The whole experience with ResCom was professional. Jeff Snider, our on-site estimator was prompt, thorough, professional and accurate. We wanted to replace a wood pergola that had been rotting and was with a leaky roof. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor area of our new house and wanted to make it brighter and more inviting. We had a beautiful roof-mounted patio cover built and love the protection it gives us from the rain, and the illumination but protection we get in the sun. We were able to celebrate our daughters birthday under it this weekend and could not be more happy with the final product. Many guests asked for their information and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. You’ll be satisfied!

Dennis, our installer, was very professional and communicative. He let us know when he would arrive and and started on time. He told us how the work would proceed and kept us informed about progress. We talked about a particular challenge with our existing deck framing relative to one of the column mounting locations. We were able to find an acceptable resolution that avoided compromising the deck structure or adding cost. Dennis made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving. All in all the entire experience with Res-Com from initial concept discussions to final completion was smooth, as promised, and pleasant. We are delighted with our new deck canopy and look forward to enjoying our outdoor space through the winter protected from the rain, and having the shade next summer. We’re happy to recommend Res-Com for residential deck, railing and canopy projects.
