ROBERT GREAVES

GM

Robert comes from a family of construction workers and business owners in Homer, Alaska. He graduated from the University of Louisville, Kentucky, with a degree in Management & Marketing. He has been in the construction field for over 20 years and has done everything from running heavy equipment and building highways to managing teams for RESCOM Railing to keep projects moving in a booming economy. Robert has been a member of the team since 2009.

DAVID HULL

Salesmen

David is a lifelong woodworker and carpenter and brings a keen eye for design and detail to the team. He has a career background in sales and customer service. David will usually be the first person to meet with homeowners to discuss the size and scope of the project.

JEFF SNIDER

Salesmen

Jeff has an extensive history in the home improvement and the remodeling industry. He has a career background in sales and customer service. Jeff will usually be the first person to meet with homeowners to discuss the size and scope of the project.

STEVE KRISTEK

Project Manager

Steve graduated from ITT Technical Institute in 2001 with a degree in Computer-Aided-Drafting and Design. Prior to graduating, he started working as a drafter/designer for a company specializing in metal railings and balconies. Since then, he’s been working with metal guardrails, handrails and balconies doing everything from design to fabrication and installation. Steve has managed projects ranging in size from small residential projects to large multi-family commercial.

EDWIN HERNANDEZ

Lead

Edwin has been in the construction industry for many years. He started with deck building and patio covers. He then transitioned into a specialist at ResCom Railing. He enjoys the many challenges and problem-solving scenarios that installing railing and balconies consist of. In his free time, he loves to hang out with his family and enjoys watching the Seahawks!

CRISTIAN ROSAS

Lead

Cristian started out in the maintenance industry and came over to ResCom ago a year ago. He has transitioned very well and has worked his way to a leadership position with hard work and dedication to the job. He has continued to take great strides with every challenge that has been thrown his way. We are happy to have him and look forward to seeing where he ends up with this company.
